This product uses authentic espresso from Doutor Coffee and is a limited-edition Piyorin that can only be tasted here. As a special Piyorin to mark the milestone of the Asty Gifu East Building, it will be sold in limited quantities every Monday in April 2026.

'Doutor Coffee Piyorin' is a dish that layers a rich pudding made with Nagoya Cochin eggs with a bavarois using Doutor Coffee's signature espresso, finished with coffee-flavored crumbs. While maintaining the adorable appearance of Piyorin, it has been finished with a taste that allows adults to fully enjoy the authentic aroma and richness of coffee.
