Snow Peak YAKEI SUITE ABURAYAMA FUKUOKA (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture) is pleased to announce the renewal of its dinner and breakfast menus, coinciding with its 2nd anniversary. We invite you to savor original course meals meticulously prepared by Chef Hiroki Yoshitake, who earned a Michelin star in Paris, the heartland of French cuisine, and generously feature seasonal ingredients from Kyushu.
Enjoy dinner in the private comfort of your room, gazing at the night view of Fukuoka City, and breakfast amidst the nature of Aburayama, enveloped by the clear morning air.
DINNER To further satisfy guests staying for consecutive nights, we have newly introduced menus featuring Miyazaki beef loin steak as the main dish, as well as a bouillabaisse-centric menu that concludes with a delightful cheese risotto.
BREAKFAST In addition to the popular French regional dish, Pascard, we have incorporated three types of small dishes that blend Japanese and French elements, inspired by traditional Japanese breakfast. These menus are light yet thoroughly satisfying.
CHEF Hiroki Yoshitake Opened "Hiroki88" in Singapore in 2009 and "Restaurant Sola" in Paris in December 2010. It was listed as a one-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide France one year later. In 2014, he won the Grand Prix at the 2nd RED U-35, Japan's largest culinary competition for discovering young talent. Since 2013, he has also supervised in-flight meals for Japan Airlines' first and business class flights from Paris to Japan. He returned to Japan in 2018. In December of the same year, he opened "Restaurant Sola" in Fukuoka.
