Hiroki Yoshitake
Opened "Hiroki88" in Singapore in 2009 and "Restaurant Sola" in Paris in December 2010. It was listed as a one-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide France one year later.
In 2014, he won the Grand Prix at the 2nd RED U-35, Japan's largest culinary competition for discovering young talent. Since 2013, he has also supervised in-flight meals for Japan Airlines' first and business class flights from Paris to Japan.
