(President and CEO: Yuji Shibata; hereinafter "JR East Startup") announces the holding of "STARTUP PITCH," an online event designed to promote matching between the JR East Group and startups possessing excellent ideas and advanced technologies by presenting specific challenges faced by the group.

This event is presented in an on-demand video format, allowing you to view the content explaining the JR East Group's challenges at your convenience.

The theme for the 13th edition is "Track Maintenance DX." We invite all those with technologies or solutions that contribute to the sophistication and efficiency of track maintenance operations, optimization of material selection, or decision-making support to apply.

[Event Overview] STARTUP PITCH is an online event where the JR East Group presents its challenges to promote matching with startups that have excellent ideas and advanced technologies.

In the past 12 events, each session has attracted over 150 to 200 participants. Following these events, we have conducted interviews with approximately 10 to 20 companies based on their business proposals, leading to the consideration of business co-creation with multiple firms.
