JR East and View Card Co., Ltd. will launch the "Campaign for ages 0-18: Open a JRE BANK Account for Your Child!" starting July 2, 2026.

By opening a new account for your child between July 2, 2026, and August 31, 2026, and meeting various conditions by September 30, you can receive up to seven benefits. (Up to five benefits are guaranteed for all applicants, and up to two benefits will be awarded by lottery.)

This campaign is linked with JR East's child-rearing support project, "HAPPY CHILD PROJECT." Moving forward, we will continue to consider further medium- to long-term benefits and services for children and parents that meet the needs of families raising children, focusing on financial services.

This is the first time a JRE BANK account opening campaign specifically for children has been held. We encourage you to open a JRE BANK account to save for future expenses such as education, or to manage gifts like baby showers and New Year's money in an account under your child's name.

1. Overview

(1) Account Opening Application Period: July 2, 2026 (Thu) - August 31, 2026 (Mon)

(2) Eligibility: Children aged 0 to 18 years old for whom a new JRE BANK account is opened.

*Age determination: Applicants must be 18 years old or younger as of July 2, 2026. Children aged 0 who apply for an account between July 2, 2026, and August 31, 2026, are also eligible for this campaign.

(3) Condition Determination Date: September 30, 2026 (Wed)

To be eligible for this campaign, all of the following conditions must be met by the end of the determination date:

● Completion of new account opening (Application period: July 2, 2026 - August 31, 2026)

● Completion of JRE POINT link registration (linking JRE BANK account with JRE POINT) (*)

● A balance in your ordinary deposit account equal to or exceeding the required amount for your desired benefits (see "List of Benefits" in the next section).

2. Selectable Benefits

You can select and apply for your desired benefits from a total of seven options. If you apply for multiple benefits, the required balance will be the sum of the individual balance requirements for each benefit.

[Regarding Meeting Benefit Conditions]

The ordinary deposit balance requirements listed in the table above are set for each benefit. The total amount of the balance requirements for each desired benefit will be necessary to receive all of them. Please refer to the specific examples below.

For example, if you apply for the JRE BANK Discount Coupon, Takusute, and Babycal Stroller Model B, you will need an ordinary deposit balance of at least 315,000 yen as of September 30, 2026, to receive all benefits, as shown in Pattern 1. If your ordinary deposit balance is 200,000 yen, you will receive benefits up to Takusute and the JRE BANK Discount Coupon, as shown in Pattern 2.

*In Pattern 2, benefits are awarded in order of increasing balance requirement, prioritizing benefits available to all applicants.

JRE BANK is the service name used when View Card Co., Ltd. acts as a bank agent for Rakuten Bank, Ltd., mediating various contracts.

This refers to a bank account opened in the child's name. With JRE BANK accounts, a legal guardian can complete the procedures on behalf of a child under 12 years old when opening an account.
