○ We have established the "JR East Group DEI Policy" as the fundamental guideline for promoting DEI within our group. This is the first time our group has announced a formal policy regarding DEI promotion.

○ Furthermore, we have formulated a new general employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace and the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.
