In conjunction with the visit of world-renowned DJ Jeff Mills to Japan, leading domestic artists will gather at MoN Takanawa: The Museum of Narratives "Tatami"!!! MoN Takanawa: The Museum of Narratives (operated by the JR East Culture Creation Foundation), an experimental museum of culture, will host a collaborative event with DOMMUNE on May 12 (Tuesday) titled "Tezuka Osamu's Predicted Modern Era Discussed by Artists." This event is part of the MoN Takanawa Opening Program, related to "Jeff Mills presents Phoenix - Electronic Symphonica Special Guests Hiromi Uehara and LEO." This talk session is held in conjunction with "MANGALOGUE: Phoenix," which runs from April 22 (Wednesday) to May 16 (Saturday) in Box1000 of the same museum, and "Jeff Mills presents Phoenix - Electronic Symphonica Special Guests Hiromi Uehara and LEO," held on May 17 (Sunday). Taking the immortal masterpiece "Phoenix: Future Chapter" as a starting point, the session will discuss the messages Tezuka Osamu's works left for the modern era and their expected role in the future. Luxurious guests representing various fields will take the stage, including Jeff Mills, a globally active pioneer of techno music, as well as Hajime Tachibana, Reiko Yuyama, heykazma, and Rumiko Tezuka. Legends of the music world will gather to discuss Tezuka's works and the manga "Phoenix."
