[New Brands] Noteworthy patisseries not featured in Amour

A renowned shop for baked goods with a growing number of repeat customers, run by a chef who trained at famous establishments both domestically and internationally.

The shop name is inspired by "Fukiage-so," the family inn washed away by the tsunami during the Great East Japan Earthquake. They will offer about 9 types of popular baked goods, including their specialty "Financier," which sells 50,000 units annually, prepared fresh at the venue.

A patisserie with its main store in Nagoya's Osu, created by two top patissiers from Aichi Prefecture.

Owned by Mr. Miyazaki, who won the World Pastry Cup last year and holds the title of "Knight of Gelato." Supervised by Mr. Yoshinori Matsushima, former Head Chef of Pastry and Confectionery at Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel. All 12 types of freshly made gelato, sold for the first time by the brand, are new creations.

A new Japanese-Western fusion sweets brand, born in March this year, making its debut in the Tokai region.

This Japanese-Western fusion confectionery brand, which cannot be found except at limited-time shops as it has no permanent store yet, combines domestic tea leaves with chocolate. Their signature product is the "Grand Series," a baked confection that combines domestic matcha and Kyoto-produced hojicha with rice crackers.

Amour Brands Participating in Gateau for the First Time

Focusing on French pastries made with authentic recipes by a Japanese patissier active at the forefront of the sweets world.

They will specially offer galettes baked by the chef right in front of you, which cannot be tasted at their stores in France or Tokyo.
