The web tool compares move-out cost estimates against the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's 'Guidelines for Troubles Concerning Restoring to Original Condition.' It AI-calculates appropriate costs per item, considering depreciation and determining whether charges qualify as 'normal wear and tear' that should be borne by the landlord.
