Sobaichi, operated by JR East Cross Station Food Company (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Company President: Hirofumi Nakamata), opened its first store at Akabane Station on March 26, 2011. With the support of many, we are pleased to celebrate our 15th anniversary on Thursday, March 26, 2026. We will be celebrating 2026 as our anniversary year and will sequentially hold 15th-anniversary campaigns. As the first initiative, we will renew the shop's sunshade noren, which is Sobaichi's symbol, to a "Suica Penguin Design" for the 15th anniversary. Simultaneously, new products will be released. Following this, we will continue to deliver gratitude-filled projects sequentially, such as a JRE POINT campaign where you can win original 15th-anniversary goods by lottery and the release of commemorative menus, so that we can continue to be close to your daily lives and offer a heartwarming bowl.
