Fujiya's New "Peko-chan milky time" Cafe to Open First Tohoku Store at Fukushima Station West Exit on July 3; Some Store Hours Also Extended

JR East Tohoku General Service Co., Ltd. (LiViT) is renovating the Fukushima Station West Exit Power City Pivot, which it operates, under the concept of "Connecting City and People." As part of this effort, a "Peko-chan milky time" cafe, a new format developed by Fujiya Co., Ltd., will open on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

In response to customer requests, the business hours for the supermarket "Lopia" and the cafe "Fukushima Coffee" will be partially extended.

Furthermore, a limited-time POP UP STORE will open, selling the popular Crab Pilaf lunch box from "Seafood Restaurant Mexico."

**1. First Tohoku Store "Peko-chan milky time" Opens July 3 (Fri) at 10:00 AM**

This new Fujiya cafe format allows customers to enjoy drinks and various sweets inspired by the long-selling "milky" candy.

- A "milky Cream Donut (Fukushima Akatsuki White Peach)" (¥231 tax incl.), using "Akatsuki" peaches from Fukushima, will be sold at all "Peko-chan milky Donut/Time" stores nationwide starting July 3.

**2. Extension of Business Hours for Some Stores**

- **Lopia**: Starting June 19 (Fri), Friday and Saturday hours will be extended by one hour to 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
- **Fukushima Coffee**: Starting July 1 (Wed), hours will be extended by one hour to 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (last order 7:45 PM).
