The Japan Customer Success Association (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hisanori Yamada; hereafter "the Association") is pleased to announce that Job-Us, Inc., Ururu BPO, Inc., and Hatch Work Co., Ltd. have joined as new regular members.
The Japan Customer Success Association promotes the standardization and social implementation of CS in Japan under the vision of "realizing a society where companies can grow sustainably alongside their customers through customer success." Recently, the Association has been working on issuing the "Customer Success White Paper" to visualize the current state of the industry, and is widely disseminating knowledge on the importance of CS and how to implement it in organizations through podcasts.
Through these practical activities and knowledge sharing among member companies, the Association aims to realize a society where CS is properly evaluated as a professional occupation and Japan's industrial competitiveness is improved.

Hatch Work Co., Ltd. Fugo Ito, Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Planning Division We are delighted to have joined the Japan Customer Success Association. With the purpose of "Bringing seeds of possibility to society," we have been working on DX in the large market of monthly parking lots. We feel that these efforts are not something we can achieve alone, but are thanks to the help of real estate companies and partners we work with daily. Our services do not stop at system provision; we value accompanying each customer to solve their issues while staying close to the field. Moving forward, we will deepen our knowledge through Association activities and work with industry members to provide better value.
