The Cabinet Office's Global Business Investment Support Office was established in August 2022 to support the overseas business investment of companies with technology and ambition as a 'one-team' government effort.
The ultimate goal is to contribute to the realization of overseas business by these Japanese companies, for example, by concluding partnership agreements with host country governments or local companies.
To achieve this, our office functions as a hub for various public and private players involved in overseas business expansion, focusing on its role as a connector to ensure that the numerous support tools are used efficiently and effectively by the companies that need them.
