It is now soon approaching the midpoint of its 20-year project duration. In this seminar, in addition to the background and history of the city's adoption of the concession system and key points in operator selection, the speaker will detail from a pioneering perspective the current situation entering its 9th year, the introduction effects felt through monitoring, the issues that have emerged, and future developments to resolve them.
