JPF to Sponsor Mie Matsusaka Marathon 2026 as Platinum Partner

JPF Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Shuntaro Watanabe) announces its platinum sponsorship of the 'Mie Matsusaka Marathon 2026,' to be held on Sunday, December 20, 2026.

Today, a sponsorship donation ceremony was held at Matsusaka City Hall, where JPF Executive Officer Naohiro Hashiguchi attended and presented the sponsorship funds to Mayor Masato Takekami of Matsusaka City.

JPF Corporation has been entrusted with the comprehensive operation of Matsusaka Velodrome and has supported the 'Mie Matsusaka Marathon' since its inaugural edition. As a platinum partner since the second edition, JPF has contributed to the promotion of regional sports, and will continue this role for the milestone fifth edition in 2026, helping to energize the event alongside the community.

Beyond keirin racing and cycling sports, JPF is actively promoting the use of the velodrome as an open community space. As part of these efforts, in autumn 2026, JPF will collaborate with LEOMO—a leader in advanced running form analysis—to host a running event utilizing the Matsusaka Velodrome.

This event aims to enhance runners’ performance, prevent injuries, and increase public interest in running, thereby contributing to the promotion of the Mie Matsusaka Marathon and the broader development of regional sports.
