■ To meet the needs for warehouses and factories in Kansai
Nippon Soko started in October 2023 as a property information site specializing in warehouses and factories. Thanks to over 300 inquiries received every month, we began to receive many requests such as "I'm looking for a warehouse in Osaka" and "Are there any good factories in Hyogo Prefecture?" The demand for warehouses and factories in Kansai is significant. To meet this demand, we decided to release the Kansai version.

■ Potential of the Kansai warehouse and factory market
Kansai is a hub for manufacturing and logistics industries, and the demand for warehouses and factories is extremely high in the area. On the other hand, there are still few specialized sites for warehouses and factories, and property information is currently scattered. With the expansion of the e-commerce market and the growing demand for last-mile logistics, the need for small to medium-sized warehouses is increasing, and there is a growing call for "an easier environment to search." Nippon Soko enters this Kansai market, which has great potential, with a scale of 1,357 properties.

■ Starting with 1,357 properties. The most in Kansai's specialized sites
The Kansai version will list 1,357 properties at the time of its release. Since the largest competitor in Kansai, Company A, has 898 properties, we are starting as the largest specialized warehouse and factory site in Kansai from day one. The total number of listings, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Area version, will be 15,340.

Target areas: Osaka Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture
Number of listed properties: 1,357 (at the time of release)
Competitor comparison: Kansai's largest Company A 898 properties → Nippon Soko 1,357 properties
Total nationwide listings: 15,340 (Tokyo Metropolitan Area 13,983 + Kansai 1,357)
Listing fee: Free for direct listings from owners and management companies
AI Matching: The automatic proposal system introduced in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area version is also installed in the Kansai version.

■ Not an "extension of Tokyo," but a dedicated site for Kansai
The Kansai version will be launched as a separate URL and a separate site from the Tokyo Metropolitan Area version. The way to search for warehouses and factories differs by region. Areas that serve as logistics hubs, areas where manufacturing industries gather, and circumstances of搬入動線 (delivery routes). Kansai has its own characteristics. We value community-based operations. We have an office in Osaka, and local staff will handle everything from property viewings to property proposals.

■ AI Matching is also available in the Kansai version
The "AI Matching Automatic Proposal System," introduced in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area version in April 2026, will also be simultaneously installed in the Kansai version. If customers register their desired conditions (area, size, rent), they will automatically receive emails whenever new properties matching their conditions are listed. There is no need to check the site daily. We believe this system is even more necessary in Kansai, as some areas experience rapid property turnover.

■ The mechanism of "warehouse search leads to donation" is also in Kansai
The biggest feature of Nippon Soko is that social contribution is naturally incorporated into the ordinary business of searching for warehouses. This mechanism is the same in the Kansai version. 1 yen is donated for each site visit, 100 yen for membership registration, and 20% of the brokerage fee is donated to social contribution organizations upon contract completion. The recipient organizations are 8 groups: Japanese Red Cross Society, Grameen Japan, Japan Single Mother Support Association, Sodateage Net, Civic Force, NPO Yume no Takarabako, WWF Japan, and KJA. Cumulative donations have exceeded 7.2 million yen (as of March 2026).

"We want to establish a culture of giving in Japan, similar to that in America. We want to create opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises to engage in social contribution as an extension of their business. By expanding to Kansai, that potential will grow even further."
--Representative Director Koichi Fukumoto
