V-CUBE Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jun Mizutani; hereinafter V-CUBE) announces the launch of "Telecube Cool Pro," a mobile booth specialized for heatstroke countermeasures.
Against the backdrop of increasingly severe summer high-temperature environments year by year, we have developed and announced this mobile booth specifically equipped with cooling functions to ensure the safety and improve the productivity of workers in extreme heat.
To commemorate this announcement, we will begin sales via subscription at a special price of ¥100,000 (excluding tax) per month as an early bird sales campaign. Additionally, a prototype will be exhibited at the Workplace Reform EXPO to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 17th to 19th, 2026. We encourage you to experience it and apply for the early bird sale.
* This refers to maintaining an internal temperature of 15°C or lower (a temperature difference of 25°C or more) even when the external temperature exceeds 40°C (60% humidity). Please refer to the diagram for details.
■ Background of "Telecube Cool Pro" Development
In recent years, with the normalization of extreme heat, the necessity and importance of heatstroke countermeasures in the workplace have been increasing. In Japan, under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, employers are obligated to exercise due care for the safety of workers. Furthermore, amendments to the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, effective June 2025, mandate the establishment of reporting systems and measures to prevent severe heatstroke for work environments with high heatstroke risk. Specifically, workplace measures have been made mandatory with penalties. Regardless of company size, this applies to work expected to be carried out for more than one consecutive hour or more than four hours per day in environments with a Heat Index (WBGT) of 28°C or higher, or an ambient temperature of 31°C or higher (*1).
In fact, a survey conducted by V-CUBE among employees at steelworks and chemical plant sites revealed that "heat and heatstroke countermeasures" accounted for 82% of the responses regarding challenges in the workplace environment.
Against this backdrop, to simultaneously achieve labor safety and improved productivity by easily installing a cool resting space near work sites, we have jointly developed Telecube Cool over approximately two years, repeating on-site operations, with NiFT Inc., a company with extensive experience in developing original mobile booth products.

■ Features and Functions of "Telecube Cool Pro"
Telecube Cool is a "mobile booth" that can be easily installed and relocated on-site. Its major feature is the realization of a special structure where the housing and cooling functions are integrated, allowing for stable circulation of cool air even in high-temperature external environments exceeding 40°C.
While conventional temporary resting spaces typically involve equipping tents or unit houses with air conditioning, Telecube Cool achieves a special structure (patent pending) that enables efficient body cooling through an integrated design of independent functions: insulation, cooling, and air circulation. Specifically, it possesses the following functionalities:
- Insulation: Thick walls made of non-CFC, non-combustible insulation material, considering environmental and safety aspects, maximize the blocking of external temperature influences.
- Cooling: Equipped with a cooling function integrated with the housing that delivers cool air below 10°C into the booth, which is more powerful than a standard air conditioner.
- Air Circulation: A special air circulation system is designed to direct cool air directly towards the head, a particularly sensitive part of the body. This allows for body cooling while stably cooling the interior of the booth.
- Capacity for Multiple People: For on-site breaks and meetings, multiple people may enter simultaneously. While designed for easy installation in a space-saving structure, it accommodates up to five people, the maximum capacity for a mobile booth. Furthermore, the cooling structure is designed to enable body cooling even with simultaneous use by multiple people.
■ Effects of "Telecube Cool"
Verification tests conducted at the NiFT Lab within the Fiber Innovation Incubator (Fii) at Shinshu University's Faculty of Textile Science and Technology, and in a constant temperature and humidity room, have demonstrated the following effects:
- Maintains an internal temperature of 15°C or lower (temperature difference of 25°C or more) even when the external temperature exceeds 40°C (60% humidity).
- The surface temperature of the head, which was 38.7°C upon entry, decreased to 33.1°C after 10 minutes of use.
■ "Telecube Cool" Series Lineup and Prototype Exhibition
The Telecube Cool series consists of two lineup models: "Telecube Cool Pro" and "Telecube Cool Lite." "Telecube Cool Lite" is a renamed model of the all-weather mobile booth "Telecabin" announced in 2024 (*2).
Regarding "Telecube Cool Pro," a prototype will be exhibited at the Workplace Reform EXPO to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 17th to 19th, 2026. Please visit and experience it.

■ Endorsement Comment
Toray Industries, Inc. Chiba Plant has been an early adopter of Telecube Cool, and we have received the following endorsement comment:
"Our Chiba Plant has set an annual activity goal of improving the working environment for our employees and those of our partner companies in hot workplaces. As part of this initiative, we have been experimentally introducing the Telecabin provided by V-CUBE. Although it is currently an experimental introduction, employee feedback has been positive, and we are considering purchasing it as a factory before the peak of summer, in consultation with relevant departments.
We have high expectations that Telecube Cool will strongly support our efforts to improve the working environment in hot workplaces."
■ Future Plans
Starting today, "Telecube Cool Pro" will be available for subscription sale at the special price of ¥100,000 (excluding tax) per month as part of an early bird sales campaign.
