Gotanda JP Building's First Tenant Interaction Event: Japan's First* 'Inter-Company Mölkky Tournament' Held on a Special Court in the Building Lobby!

**■ Overview**

Japan Post Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Akira Ikeda) will hold the 'Gotanda JP Building Cup Inter-Company Mölkky Tournament' from May 27 to June 25, 2026, as its first community event aimed at promoting interaction among tenant companies.

This tournament is Japan's first* 'in-lobby Mölkky tournament,' held on a specially installed artificial turf court in the building's third-floor office lobby.

Mölkky is a sport originating from Finland. With its simple gameplay of throwing a wooden peg to knock down pins and its accessibility for people of all ages and experience levels, it is considered ideal for corporate team building.

Furthermore, as a special feature, an exhibition match between the winning team and 'King of Mölkky,' led by Mr. Morita of Saraba Seishun no Hikari, has been confirmed. The match against a well-known team will enhance participant motivation and generate buzz for the event.

**[King of Mölkky]**

King of Mölkky is the Japanese national Mölkky team formed around Tetsuya Morita of the comedy duo Saraba Seishun no Hikari. The members are Morita, Minamikawa, Tamaguchi of Love Letter's, and Kanai (formerly of TAIKU). They participate in world championships and appear on variety shows.

Since its grand opening in April 2024, the Gotanda JP Building has been attracting attention as a new business hub for diverse companies. To further vitalize interaction among tenants and create a place where workers feel more connected, we focused on Mölkky as a sport anyone can casually participate in.

① Japan's First* In-Lobby Mölkky Tournament

We will lay down artificial turf (6m x 10m) on the third-floor office lobby to set up a special court. The competition will take place in an 'indoor green space' within the office building.

② A Three-Month Event to Promote Interaction Among Tenant Companies

Practice sessions will be held during lunch breaks and after work every Wednesday and Thursday from April to June. To ensure even beginners can enjoy, instructors from the JTSG Mölkky Association will be on-site to explain rules and manage safety. We will promote inter-company exchange through team sports.

③ Special Feature: Exhibition Match with King of Mölkky

After the finals, the winning team will get to play against the highly renowned 'King of Mölkky.'
