The survey found that over 70% of women are mindful of their health and beauty, and nearly half have a regular exercise routine. On the other hand, about 70% reported feeling "unfulfilled in their daily lives," with the top missing elements being "opportunities for refreshment," "opportunities to be physically active," and "interaction with people." Furthermore, more than half of the respondents expressed a desire to "increase new interactions with people and expand their communities."
