Notice of Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Changes <Effective April 1, 2026>

Asteria Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoichiro Hirano; Securities Code: 3853, hereinafter "Asteria") announces that it has implemented the following organizational restructuring and personnel changes. ## 1. Organizational Restructuring (Effective April 1, 2026) Consolidation: In the Sales Division, the "Sales Department 1" and "Sales Department 2", which are in charge of sales activities to distributors of our products, will be consolidated into the "Partner Sales Department". The "No-code Transformation Promotion Office" will be integrated into the "Stablecoin Business Department". Renaming: The "DX Promotion Department" of the Corporate Division will be renamed to the "AI Utilization Promotion Department". In addition, the "Business Planning Office" will be renamed to the "Ecosystem Success Office" to further revitalize the user community and strengthen customer success initiatives.
