Asteria Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoichiro Hirano; Securities Code: 3853; hereinafter "Asteria") has decided to expand the contents of its shareholder benefit program as follows.
1. Purpose of the Medium- to Long-Term Shareholder Benefit Program
Asteria has adopted a medium- to long-term shareholder benefit program to express our gratitude for the daily support of our shareholders and to encourage the holding of our shares over the medium to long term.
2. Details of the Expansion
(1) Current Program
Eligible shareholders are presented with "QUO cards" of the following denominations based on the number of shares held and the duration of continuous ownership.

(2) After Change
Eligible shareholders will be presented with either a "QUO card" or "Japanese Yen-pegged stablecoin JPYC"* of the following denominations, based on the number of shares held and the duration of continuous ownership.
