In the verification through this actual operation, "AI Security asilla" and "asilla BIZ" are being utilized, and continuous efforts are being made toward the construction of a next-generation facility operation model.
1. Continuous verification toward the sophistication of the security system:
Through "24/7 comprehensive monitoring" by AI Security asilla, a system has been built to immediately detect and notify anomalies that are easily missed by human visual inspection.
In fact, they have succeeded in the early discovery of highly urgent incidents such as dangerous behavior by children near escalators, falls by the elderly, skateboarding and lingering in exterior areas, and suspicious intrusions before opening, and are continuously accumulating and verifying the effectiveness of rapid dispatch responses.
Based on these effect verifications, they are still promoting the construction of a new security operation system that replaces part of the patrol and standing guard duties with the AI system.
2. Optimization and implementation promotion of operations through data utilization:
Using "asilla BIZ," human flow within the facility is visualized, and detailed analysis of store visit trend data by day of the week, time zone, and area is continued.
