This event, the 2026 season opener for "THREE GONG," a new style of baseball event that "overturns the concept of baseball," will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Toin Town Central Baseball Field in Mie Prefecture. We are also pleased to announce the participation of "LIVE's," an original team composed mainly of Ichinana Live streamers, and the streamers selected to appear as "Three Gong Girls," who will cheer on the players, after an in-app event held in advance.

Under the slogan "Baseball is 17 (good)," 17LIVE aims to form more baseball-related communities through live streaming and contribute to the promotion of the sport. This initiative began with the "Team Amagi x 17LIVE ~Bridge to the Future of Baseball~" project, leading to various projects such as live streaming by active professional baseball players belonging to independent leagues.

"THREE GONG" is a new style of baseball event that has attracted attention, as it is conducted in a completely different format from regular baseball games. It starts from the top of the 9th inning with no outs and runners on first and third, and the winner is decided in just three outs and one inning.

This time, live streaming of the "THREE GONG" events from the first to the fifth tournaments was very well received by users. Therefore, 17LIVE will deliver the sixth tournament, "THREE GONG.6 -CHUBU FRONTIER in MIE-", held in Toin Town, Mie Prefecture on Saturday, April 11, as the 2026 season opener, in real-time live streaming, just like the previous tournament.

Furthermore, following the previous event, an in-app event was held from February to March this year to select streamers who could appear as members of the "Three Gong Girls" to add excitement to the tournament by cheering on the players. After auditions, five streamers were selected. This time, a similar event was held in Taiwan during the same period, and two Ichinana Live streamers who ranked high will visit Japan to liven up the tournament.
