Background to the Official Launch of Skill39

Following the preliminary announcement in May 2026, after verifying the operation of AI agents using generative AI in actual business environments with monitor companies, we are now widely launching the service for general companies.

According to the "Digital Transformation Survey 2026" (DX Survey 2026) published by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA) on June 5, 2026, many companies are making progress in digital utilization, including generative AI.

However, among the questions regarding AI, the overall average score for "Cultivating and Securing Digital Talent" was the lowest at 61.9%. Even among DX Brand companies, which are evaluated as advanced in DX, the proportion of companies that responded best to "Securing talent to support DX promotion based on trends in the latest technologies such as generative AI" was relatively small. While the development of tools is progressing, securing the personnel to operate them remains a common hurdle regardless of industry or scale.

Skill39 clearly states "self-sufficiency is the ultimate goal" in addressing this challenge. The biggest feature is its unique mechanism of "AI creates AI." Since generative AI automatically creates dedicated skills based on your company's business content, there is no need to give instructions from scratch each time, preventing malfunctions due to inconsistencies in instructions.

The know-how accumulated by Joyso over 15 years and more than 1,750 business improvement projects has been packaged for generative AI, and it is designed to be usable even by on-site staff who are not familiar with AI. By having Joyso, who is well-versed in business improvement, provide support, we will ensure that on-site staff learn how to instruct AI effectively for their company's business improvement in a practical manner.
