◼️ The Goal of Skill39: Transforming AI from "something to request from other departments" to "a partner to work with in one's own department"

The rapid evolution of generative AI is fundamentally changing the way systems are developed. Recently, numerous no-code services, including kintone, which do not require specialized "coding" knowledge, have been released and are becoming established as on-site business systems. With the advent of generative AI, where "coding" is one of its strongest areas, the essential value required of SIers is shifting more towards "field understanding, business design, and adoption support."

However, it is also a fact that the introduction and utilization of generative AI have not progressed in many Japanese companies. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "2025 White Paper on Information and Communications" (to be published in July 2025), the formulation rate of generative AI utilization policies by Japanese companies remains at approximately 50%. The disparity by company size is particularly significant, with only about 34% for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), highlighting the high hurdles to utilization.

"Skill39" is a service that packages Joyzo's business improvement methods, accumulated over 15 years of system development, as a set of instructions (Skills) for generative AI. It creates a state where business users can give instructions to AI in their own words, in their own PC environment, and continuously improve their business systems through dialogue with AI.

Furthermore, by packaging it as "Skills," it ensures reproducibility regardless of whether the user is an engineer. Placing AI as a collaborative partner in business—that is the state Skill39 provides.

◼️ Three Values Provided by "Skill39"

1. Intensive sessions of "1 hour x 3 times" with a business improvement expert

Business improvement professionals who have led over 1750 business improvements will directly join the team and conduct a business inventory with customers through generative AI.
They will help establish how to instruct AI and what to instruct it to effectively improve the company's business, in line with practical operations.

2. Provision of "Instruction Sets (Skills)" specialized in business improvement and system integration

Unique "AI instruction sets (Skills)" specialized in business improvement and system integration will be provided individually, tailored to the customer's environment.
After implementation, users can create and adjust the necessary UI and data operations simply by inputting "I want it to move like this" in their own words. It also supports integration with existing operational systems such as kintone.

3. Provision of AI skills specialized in kintone customization and a dedicated development environment

Functions equivalent to having in-house engineers specializing in kintone customization are realized on generative AI. It provides AI instruction sets (Skills) specialized in kintone JavaScript customization and plugin development, as well as a dedicated development environment where AI can consistently perform code generation, verification, and application to kintone.

Business users can simply tell the AI in their own words, "I want to add this kind of movement to this list screen" or "I want to put this calculation logic into this application form," and the AI will generate secure customization code tailored to their kintone environment, perform operational checks, and apply it to the production application.

Business users themselves can continuously modify kintone with AI, without relying on external outsourcing or waiting for internal engineers.
