This exhibition is part of the 'Setsunan Agrobotanical Project,' one of the 'Challenging and Enjoying Project' initiatives commemorating Setsunan University's 50th anniversary. Associate Professor Yu Ito of the Department of Pharmacy and Professor Michio Kawasaki of the Department of Agricultural Production are leading this project. On the day of the event, faculty members and students from the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Agriculture will participate in the exhibition, displaying potted medicinal plants used in the university's education and research. They will also offer tastings of health drinks made from medicinal herbs harvested at the Medicinal Plant Garden attached to the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Farm attached to the Faculty of Agriculture, as well as Sumomochann Cider.

The "YokoFura" exhibition is also drawing attention as a pre-event held one year before the International Horticultural Expo (GREEN×EXPO 2027) in Yokohama in 2027. Covering a total area of 2,500㎡, it features a medicinal plant garden, greenhouse, and fruit/medicinal tree garden, cultivating and displaying approximately 300 species of medicinal plants and trees from Japan and abroad. It is established for the education, practical training, and research of pharmacy students and faculty, and is also regularly open to the public through guided tours.
