Non-Profit Organization Japan NPO Center (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Makoto Oshima; hereinafter referred to as "Japan NPO Center") has commenced mediation of "Team Support License" provided by Cybozu, Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Keihisa Aono; hereinafter referred to as "Cybozu") on its digital channel for Nonprofits, "ITerrace (i-Terrace)". In addition, we will newly offer a kintone introduction support program as paid technical support.
Background of the Collaboration Many voices received from NPOs nationwide by Japan NPO Center have the following challenges:
* Information that should be shared is scattered, making it time-consuming to search. * Information management and handover are becoming personalized. * Member management is not being done effectively. * Want to introduce a CRM that can be operated by themselves.
Such concerns directly impact the quality of activities. Digitalization is not just about "efficiency," but also an important means to make activities easier to participate in, and to enhance the transparency and sustainability of organizations.
Therefore, we have now established a system that supports the challenges of each organization by combining the "Team Support License" provided by Cybozu for non-profit organizations with the paid technical support of the Digital Channel for Nonprofits.
Services Provided by "Team Support License" The "Team Support License" provided by Cybozu for non-profit organizations covers the following four services:
* **kintone:** A platform for implementing business systems with no-code/low-code. * **Mailwise:** An email sharing system that centrally manages team email responses. * **Cybozu Office:** A groupware for small-scale organizations that packages the tools necessary for organizational information sharing. * **Garoon:** A reliable groupware with a proven track record for large organizations.
You can choose the service that best suits your organization's size and work style.
Key Points of This Program ① Commencement of "mediation" for the "Team Support License" on the Digital Channel for Nonprofits "ITerrace (i-Terrace)" ② Newly launched "kintone introduction support" for non-profit organizations as paid technical support
By combining the expertise in NPO support accumulated by Japan NPO Center with Cybozu's IT expertise, we will provide on-site support from before introduction to after. (It is also possible to use only ① or ②).
