Jimoty, Inc. (hereinafter 'the Company'), operator of the local information site 'Jimoty,' has concluded an agreement regarding reuse with Mihama Town, Aichi Prefecture (hereinafter 'Mihama Town'). Under this agreement, the two parties will implement reuse awareness programs aimed at waste reduction. As of April 1, 2026, the Company has signed reuse agreements with 295 municipalities nationwide to promote a sustainable society through reuse and waste reduction. This initiative marks the 26th case within Aichi Prefecture.

### Objectives of the Agreement Mihama Town is advancing waste separation and reduction based on its Basic General Waste Management Plan to address resource depletion. Since the annual flea market was suspended after FY2021 due to the impact of COVID-19, an alternative method for reuse has been sought. Furthermore, there is a need to increase disposal options to prevent improper handling of household appliances and large furniture. Mihama Town entered this agreement with the Company to solve these issues and realize a sustainable society.

### Activities (As of April 1, 2026) By publicizing the Company's initiatives, the town aims to educate residents on the option of 'giving away instead of throwing away.' This is expected to improve reuse awareness and suppress waste volume and improper disposal by providing Jimoty as a legitimate disposal alternative.

[Communication Methods] - Introduction of Jimoty on the official town website. - Introduction of Jimoty in the town's public relations magazine 'Koho Mihama.' - Introduction as a disposal option during inquiries at service counters or via phone.
