Jimoty, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"), which operates the local information site "Jimoty," has signed a reuse agreement with Aikawa Town, Kanagawa Prefecture (hereinafter "Aikawa Town") to promote reuse awareness aimed at reducing waste. The Company has currently signed reuse agreements with 290 local governments nationwide and is working toward the realization of a sustainable society through reuse awareness and waste reduction. ■ Purpose of the Agreement To build a resource-circulating society, Aikawa Town is working to reduce and recycle waste generated within the town. By collaborating with the Company to implement reuse projects for unwanted items, the town aims to promote initiatives that contribute to the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). ■ Activities (As of March 27, 2026*) This project utilizes a system of "giving away instead of throwing away" items that are difficult to sell, promoting the effective use of resources centered on reuse, which leads to the suppression of waste generation and encourages recycling. The Company will continue to strengthen reuse promotion in collaboration with local governments to achieve a sustainable society.
