JMAM Launches Two New E-learning Courses in June 2026: 'DX Case Studies in Railway and Real Estate' and 'Effective Use of Microsoft OneNote®'

The Human Resources Development Support Division of Japan Management Association Management Center (JMAM), which provides education and training for companies and individuals, will launch two new courses in June 2026 for its corporate online education tool, 'e-Learning Library®': 'DX Trends for Railway and Real Estate' and 'Basics of OneNote.'

■ Background of Launching New DX-related E-learning Courses
The DX Library, a subscription plan within 'e-Learning Library®,' is a collection of educational materials based on the 'DX Literacy Standard' set by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. It allows employees to systematically learn everything from DX foundations to practical skills applicable in daily business.
While the necessity of DX has been widely recognized in recent years, challenges remain in achieving practical understanding tied to industry-specific issues and embedding tool usage into daily workflows. Therefore, JMAM has launched these two new courses aimed at deepening industry-specific DX understanding and acquiring skills directly linked to improving operational productivity.

1. 'DX Trends for Railway and Real Estate'
In the railway and real estate industries, multifaceted challenges such as severe labor shortages, operational sophistication, efficiency, and safety improvement have become prominent.
In the railway sector, reliance on manual operations is reaching its limits due to a decrease in veteran technicians, making the sophistication of equipment maintenance and operation management urgent.
Meanwhile, in the real estate sector, labor shortages for dealing with abandoned housing, especially in rural areas, and delays in digitizing processes like contract procedures and important matter explanations have been highlighted.
This course was developed to enable efficient understanding of DX trends specialized in these industries in a short time. Participants will be able to re-examine structural industry challenges from a DX perspective and draw concrete images for application within their own companies.

2. 'Basics of OneNote'
With the advancement of telework and information sharing, streamlining daily tasks such as taking notes, creating minutes, and organizing materials has become a key theme for organizational productivity. While OneNote is attracting attention as a tool capable of high-freedom information management, many users often use it in their own ways or fail to utilize its full features effectively.
This course was developed to overcome such issues and build a foundation for utilizing OneNote effectively in business. By correctly understanding the basic functions of OneNote, participants are expected to improve the quality of information organization and sharing, and steadily enhance daily operational efficiency.
