JINS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JINS) will commemorate the opening of its first global flagship store, 'JINS Ginza Store,' which will open on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in the Kyobunkan Building on Chuo-dori, Ginza. To celebrate, we will release the 'GINZA Limited Edition' collection, inspired by the history of Ginza and the store concept of 'En (Destiny),' in limited quantities. We will also welcome customers with various hospitality and special offers to coincide with the opening.

'GINZA Limited Edition': Delivering Eyewear Born from Peak Technology to the World

This collection reinterprets the history and stories of the Ginza district. Ginza has continuously been a special hub for trendsetting. With thoughts of the stylish people who once walked this town, and drawing inspiration from the fashion and eyewear of the era that transitioned from pre-war to post-war times, we have updated the designs to meet the demands of modern life.

The lineup consists of 6 models in total. The titanium frames retain their classical charm while offering an incredibly lightweight wearing experience. For the acetate frames, we employ a technique of carving from a single thick sheet of material, integrating the nose pads and front. This high level of craftsmanship achieves a smooth fit. Furthermore, the rare celluloid frames feature a voluminous silhouette with temples that do not contain a core. This coreless design allows for deep transparency and the beautiful luster achieved through artisanal hand-polishing to be fully appreciated.

Symbolizing the 'En (Destiny)' of a once-in-a-lifetime encounter is the 'SABON' (sand ripple) pattern from dry landscape gardens. Using meticulous Japanese craftsmanship, this delicate design is applied to parts such as the temple ends and hinges. The fine-tuned comfort features throughout the collection impart a unique sensation to the parts that touch the nose and ears, creating a pleasant tension, akin to dressing up and heading out to Ginza for a special occasion, and an extraordinary sense of the non-everyday.
