<Teacher's Comment>

Yukio Yamazaki, PT Chief, Comprehensive Research Time

This is the third time "KoKo Fes" has been held, but it has a unique characteristic compared to other career events.

That is, it allows for both work experience for employment and information sessions for further education to be held on the same day. Every year, we set up booths from around 40 companies and 20 schools in various locations within the school and hold it as a school-wide event.

We have received many positive comments from students about this event.

Through events like this, we hope that each student will become aware of their many potential abilities and become more motivated towards their own career development.

<Student Comments>

I chose to attend a technical high school over a general education high school for a vague reason, but through "KoKo Fes," I was able to re-examine my career path and future studies.

From now on, I want to clarify what I want to do and work hard both academically and in my daily life to achieve it.

Listening to the talks, I realized the importance of developing communication skills and actively participating in committee activities for further education and employment. From now on, I will actively engage in committee activities and actively talk with various people to develop my communication skills.

I don't think there are many opportunities for so many companies to gather at a school. I was worried about my future, but hearing from various companies eased my anxiety a little and gave me a good opportunity to think about my future.

Michiko Morimura, Director, PLUG-IN Inc.

Our company is involved in the construction and design of office interiors.

At this event, we offered students the opportunity to see actual construction sites through 360-degree camera footage using VR goggles to explain what construction management entails. Many students were curious about VR goggles for the first time, and they listened attentively to the company materials explained on iPads.

Our work is a responsible job where we bring to life what is expressed in two-dimensional drawings, create three-dimensional spaces, and oversee customers actually using them. The construction industry is currently facing a severe labor shortage.

We would like you to inject the energy of young people into our company and help us liven it up together.

There is reality at the site that cannot be understood from documents alone.

Please visit our company for a tour and experience the company atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you!

Tomohiro Sato, Section Chief, Human Resources Development Department, Sotetsu Kogyo Co., Ltd.

Participating in "KoKo Fes" for the first time was a very meaningful opportunity for our company to interact directly with many students. We believe that through experiences related to actual work, students were able to feel closer to the building maintenance profession and gain a better understanding of our company's business and role.

Furthermore, the fact that the students listened attentively and showed active interest was very impressive, and we gained significant confidence for future high school recruitment. Through this exhibition, we have reaffirmed the importance of directly conveying the appeal of our work and our role in society, and we want to continue to value such opportunities in the future.

Jinjib is a social problem-solving company for "high school students" and "young people."

President Mitsuhide Sasaki, who is a "high school graduate president," started the business with the slogan "Dreams begin at 18."

Facing social issues such as career disparities and early job turnover among young people, we provide services ranging from information provision on high school student further education and employment, career education, post-employment retention and career development, to job change support.

We continue to challenge ourselves to "increase the dreams and hopes of those who will live in the future" by staying with individuals throughout their first career and all aspects of their lives, together with "high schools" that support high school students and "companies" that engage in recruitment and training.

● High School Job Hunting and Recruitment Support Service "Job Draft"

High school students who find employment directly after graduation often choose their workplaces within a limited timeframe and with limited information, lacking opportunities for social experience and self-understanding to consider what they want to do or what they are suited for, leading to vague anxieties about their future.

One of the causes of "super early job turnover" in the first year of employment is dissatisfaction with the job due to insufficient information or understanding, leading to a gap between expectations and reality after joining the company.

We offer services to help high school students shape their future by their own will, including career education support "Job Draft Career" which provides opportunities to think about the future, the job information app "Job Draft Navi" which disseminates job information to high school students that was previously only available through text-based job postings, and the joint company information session for high school students "Job Draft Fes."

In addition, for students after graduation, we operate "Job Draft School" and "Job Draft Next" to support reskilling and employment/job changes for high school graduates who are second-year hires or have already graduated, and we continue to support them after they enter the workforce.

● Human Resource Development Services

We offer "ROOKIE'S CLUB," a training program for newly hired high school graduates to ensure retention after joining the company. We support the development of young human resources to promote company growth.

● HR Support Service "HR Department Pack"

This is a monthly HR support service that goes beyond traditional "recruitment support" to focus on "retention support," realizing early job turnover prevention, organizational strength improvement, and talent development through the utilization of engagement data and collaborative support.

It not only visualizes the organizational state using engagement surveys but also provides integrated support from identifying the structure of issues to designing and executing improvement actions. We don't just "measure"; we "change" and "continue" together. As an "external HR department" for small and medium-sized enterprises that form the backbone of Japan, we support "creating organizations where people don't quit" with both data and execution support.
