[Joint Media Study Session by 3 Companies] Visualizing the "Structural Challenges" of the Labor Market and Creating "Optimal Solutions" for Workers

Jinjib (Osaka City), which provides job support for high school students, will hold a joint media study session on the 2026 labor market with Startline Co., Ltd. (Mitaka City, Tokyo) and Dive Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo) on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The event will be held in a hybrid format, combining an in-person venue at Jinjib's Tokyo branch (Osaki, Shinagawa-ku) and online streaming.

Japan's labor market is currently undergoing an unprecedented transformation. In addition to severe labor shortages, 2026 will see changes that companies can no longer grasp with conventional recruitment and management methods, such as "raising the employment rate for people with disabilities," "labor changes due to AI," and "diversification of workers' values."

This study session will bring together three companies at the forefront of human resources support. Crossing three perspectives—"employment for people with disabilities," "resort part-time jobs (career change/re-selection for people in their 20s-40s)," and "high school students (younger generation)"—it will clarify the structural changes in the labor market that cannot be avoided towards 2026. Based on the latest on-site data, the session will convey what constitutes the "optimal choice" for workers themselves, and the "reality of the market" and "future possibilities" that have become apparent precisely because of this joint effort by the three companies.
