Jinjib Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinjib), which provides employment support for high school students and HR support for small and medium-sized enterprises, has formed a business alliance with Schoo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Schoo), which promotes social transformation based on online learning and education. Through this alliance, Jinjib has started offering Schoo's corporate online video training service "Schoo for Business" to companies subscribing to the retention support plan of Jinjib's "HR Department Pack" service for SMEs.

Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen human resource development and organizational building support for small and medium-sized and regional enterprises.

Background of the Alliance

Employee retention and development are critical management challenges for many small and medium-sized enterprises. Estimates show that the loss incurred from one young employee leaving amounts to approximately 5.8 million yen (*1), indicating that simply continuing recruitment does not offer a fundamental solution.

A survey conducted by Jinjib (*2) revealed that 94% of ace employees who resigned stated they would have stayed if the company had responded adequately, suggesting that many resignations could have been prevented. However, 57.3% of SME managers also responded that they "noticed signs but could not implement countermeasures or improvements," highlighting the lack of mechanisms to identify issues and execute solutions.

Against this background, Jinjib has been providing comprehensive support for HR challenges faced by SMEs through its "HR Department Pack," from identifying signs of resignation to executing organizational improvements for retention. Meanwhile, strengthening "development" is a common challenge for many companies, and there is a growing need for integrated support for retention and training/skill improvement. Through this alliance, by combining Jinjib's accompaniment support with Schoo's learning platform, we will enhance the effectiveness of human resource development in SMEs and support continuous organizational building.

Initiatives of the Alliance

As an initiative of this alliance, we have started offering Schoo's corporate online video training service "Schoo for Business" to companies contracting for the retention support plan of Jinjib's "HR Department Pack."

Through this partnership, contracting companies for the retention support plan will be able to utilize Schoo's wide range of over 9,000 learning contents for training, in addition to Jinjib's accompaniment support. Through learning opportunities covering diverse themes such as the latest AI learning, business skills, and management, we will support the growth of individual employees and promote the establishment of learning throughout the organization.

Furthermore, by proposing recommended training utilizing organizational and individual status data, we prevent training from being a one-off event and support the "visualization of training effects" and "improvement." We support SMEs in creating organizations where people can learn and grow, and where employees do not leave.
