Jinjib Career Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Mitsuhide Sasaki; hereinafter "Jinjib Career") officially commenced operations of its career information business, inherited from Chiel Communication Bridge Co., Ltd. (business transferred from Shoei Koho Co., Ltd.), on April 1, 2026.

On the same date, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinjib Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City; Representative Director and President: Mitsuhide Sasaki), which supports high school graduate employment and recruitment. As a member of the Jinjib Group, Jinjib Career will now offer a new form of integrated career support for high school students, covering both employment and higher education.

Towards Realizing "Mismatch-Free Career Choices" for High School Students

Our career information business has, since its launch by Shoei Koho Co., Ltd., provided support for high school students' higher education for over half a century, including career guidance at high schools nationwide and information provision through the career information magazine "Koukou-sei no Kimochi."

Currently, career guidance in high schools is generally divided, with different companies providing services for "employment" and "higher education." This often leads to a lack of information that high school students should ideally receive, or students making choices like "somehow going to college" or "somehow getting a job" without realizing their aptitudes, resulting in challenges in making satisfying career choices.

To resolve these issues and realize a society where young people can expand their possibilities and proactively envision their future, we have decided to join the Jinjib Group.

By integrating our cultivated "strong relationships with high schools, universities, and vocational schools" with Jinjib's "nationwide high school network" and "corporate relationships," we aim to expand our service offerings and further establish collaboration with educational institutions.
