Jinjibu Career Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Mitsuhide Sasaki, hereafter "Jinjibu Career") has fully commenced operations of the career information business inherited from Chieru Communication Bridge Co., Ltd. (business taken over from Shoei Koho Co., Ltd.) as of April 1, 2026. On the same date, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinjibu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, President: Mitsuhide Sasaki), which provides high school graduate employment and recruitment support. Moving forward, as a member of the Jinjibu Group, we will provide a new form of career support that integrally assists high school students with both employment and higher education. ## Toward Realizing "Career Choices Without Mismatches" for High School Students The career information business we operate has provided higher education support to high school students for over half a century since the service was launched by Shoei Koho Co., Ltd., including career guidance at high schools nationwide and information provision through the career information magazine "High School Students' Feelings." Currently, it is common for career guidance in high schools to be divided between service providers for "employment" and "higher education." This has led to issues with convincing career choices, such as high school students lacking information they should inherently receive, or choosing "higher education for no reason" or "employment for no reason" without realizing their own aptitudes. To resolve these issues and realize a society where young people can expand their potential and proactively envision their future, we are now joining the Jinjibu Group. By fusing the "strong relationships with high schools, universities, and vocational schools" we have cultivated so far with Jinjibu's "nationwide high school network" and "relationships with companies," we aim to expand our services and further establish cooperation with educational institutions. As the Jinjibu Group, we aim to eliminate the boundary between career paths such as "higher education" and "employment," creating an environment where each high school student can compare and consider the best options based on their own aptitudes and future careers. ## 1.
