jinjer Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Ken Tominaga), provider of the integrated HR system "JINJER," announced on July 1, 2026, the appointment of Hiroyuki Tachibana as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Background for Establishing the CRO Position

Since its service launch, "JINJER" has evolved into a product that comprehensively covers the HR domain, from HR and labor, attendance, payroll, and evaluation, to surveys and recruitment (Talentio), centered around an integrated HR database. Amidst significant changes in the HR Tech market and rising expectations for human capital management and AI utilization, jinjer positions the redesign of its "Revenue Engine"—which will deliver these strengths to more customers and provide seamless support from implementation to utilization and results generation—as a critical theme for its next phase of growth.

To achieve this, jinjer will establish a new CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) position to oversee the entire sales domain of existing businesses and redesign its revenue foundation, spanning from sales to revenue operations. Concurrently, with the newly established CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer) responsible for discontinuous growth, the company will transition to a dual-axis structure that promotes "scaling existing businesses" and "creating discontinuous growth" in parallel.

Profile of CRO Hiroyuki Tachibana

After graduating from university, he engaged in sales, business planning, and marketing at internet advertising companies. In 2009, he obtained an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Following experience in corporate planning and business revitalization projects, he joined Microsoft Japan in 2010. He was responsible for GTM strategy, business development, and marketing in the advertising business, leading multiple product launches and market strategy formulations.

In 2015, he served as JP Commercial Lead at Verizon Media Japan (now Boundless), overseeing sales, account management, and marketing organizations. He led the planning and execution of business strategies for the Japanese market, driving business growth from both demand and supply sides. Subsequently, in 2020, he joined Amazon Web Services Japan (AWS). As the head of inside sales and demand generation, he held revenue responsibility from pipeline creation to sales achievement, promoting sales process transformation and talent development, and contributing to the advancement of the overall revenue engine.

In 2024, he joined Oracle Japan, where he led the formulation and execution of sales strategies and organizational strengthening as the head of the NetSuite business sales. With over 25 years of experience in the cloud, SaaS, and internet services fields, he has led cross-functional areas essential for business growth, including sales, GTM strategy, marketing, and revenue operations.

In July 2026, he was appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at jinjer Co., Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing the sales organization and designing and executing revenue strategies, working in collaboration with various internal functions to build a foundation for growth.

Comments from CRO Hiroyuki Tachibana

I feel a great sense of responsibility and strong anticipation at the opportunity to join jinjer Co., Ltd. as CRO. What attracted me to jinjer was my strong conviction in its significant potential not just as an HR domain SaaS, but as a "platform for updating corporate management based on HR data."

While many companies recognize the importance of human capital management and AI utilization, I believe there is still room for improvement in the data environment required to fully leverage them. JINJER has a structure where data across HR and labor, attendance, payroll, evaluation, training, and recruitment are seamlessly connected, making it one of the most crucial assets for changing corporate decision-making. I believe it is my mission as CRO to deliver this strength to more customers.

Moving forward, I will redesign the revenue engine, focusing on the sales organization, and build a growth model centered on customer success. Our goal is not simply to have customers implement our product, but for them to achieve "actual results" such as improving organizational productivity and enhancing decision-making by utilizing HR data. To that end, I am committed to creating an ecosystem that continuously contributes to customer growth by seamlessly providing value, from what we can offer, to post-implementation support, and ongoing value expansion.

"Correct data leads to correct decisions." We will further develop jinjer's strengths to make this universal principle a reality. We will strive to become the best partner for achieving the long-term growth of our customers, regardless of region or industry.
