Background for Establishing the CBDO Role

Since the launch of "ジンジャー (jinjer)", we have promoted a product strategy centered on an integrated HR database, developing a lineup that covers a wide range of HR tasks including HR and labor management, attendance management, payroll, performance reviews, and surveys.

Most recently, we have made a full-scale entry into the recruitment domain through the acquisition of Talentio. As we aim for further leaps forward, designating 2025 and beyond as our "Second Founding Period," it is an urgent challenge to respond to the rapid changes in the HR Tech market and accelerate business growth. At this crucial juncture, jinjer has positioned "creation of discontinuous growth opportunities" through M&A, business alliances, and partnerships, in addition to the sustainable growth of existing businesses, as a pillar for the next growth phase.

Mr. Honda, the new CBDO, has a wealth of achievements and experience in leading jinjer's sales organization and supporting business expansion for many years as a management member. Based on his deep understanding of the business and organization, and his ability to strongly drive execution while engaging internal and external stakeholders, he has been deemed optimal as the person responsible for promoting discontinuous growth, leading to this appointment.

In addition, jinjer will transition to a dual-pillar system to promote "scaling existing businesses" and "creation of discontinuous growth" simultaneously, by welcoming a new CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) to oversee the sales domain of existing businesses. Furthermore, Makoto Oshita, Head of the Management Promotion Department, who has extensive experience in capital strategy and alliances, will concurrently serve as the Head of the Business Development Department, which will be under the purview of the CBDO.

Profile of New CBDO Taisuke Honda

After graduating from university, he joined NeoCareer Inc. in 2014 as a new graduate. He led numerous new business developments. In 2016, he was appointed as the service general manager at the time of the launch of "ジンジャー (jinjer)", Japan's first platform service for HR. In 2018, he was appointed as an executive officer, the youngest in the group, and oversaw the business management of the entire SaaS domain. In October 2021, with the spin-off of the business, jinjer Co., Ltd. was established. After serving as CSO (Chief Sales Officer) overseeing the entire sales organization, he was appointed CBDO on July 1, 2026.

Profile of Makoto Oshita, Head of Business Development Department and Head of Management Promotion Department

Since joining jinjer Co., Ltd. in April 2022, he has been broadly responsible for and promoted capital strategy planning, alliances with business companies, and business plan formulation, leading the M&A (sell-side process) in September 2024 that welcomed the current shareholders. Subsequently, as Head of the Management Promotion Department, he oversaw middle and back-office operations while also leading the Talentio integration project in April 2026. Prior to joining the company, he was involved in business development at a startup and worked as a lawyer specializing in M&A and capital markets at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, providing advisory services to domestic and international clients.
