Hidemasa Kawamura, representative of Jinja Bukakku Online Co., Ltd., is an editorial member of this ZINE (Editor-in-chief: Masahiro Hatano). This issue, themed "Creating New Traditions," re-edits perspectives for shrines and regions to inherit and update for the next "100 years," in language accessible to general readers.

▪️ Background and Project Intent
The ZINE "Momo" originated from the activities of the Fukuoka Prefectural Shinto Youth Association, born as an editorial project to re-examine the time of shrines and regions in units of "100 years." If this project stems from the context of such youth association activities, the significance of "editing" to translate the "internal feelings of Shinto priests" to society becomes clearer. The inaugural issue is set as vol. 100 years ago, and subsequent issues will count down, with vol. 1 to be published 100 years later.
