We are pleased to announce the winners, which were determined following a primary selection process by JIMA members and a final selection through discussions by a panel of experts and specialists.
Awards were presented in six categories: 'Investigative Journalism,' 'Visual & Audio Content,' 'Data Insights,' 'Social Action,' 'Sponsored Content,' and the 'Selection Committee Special Award,' which was added following committee deliberations, totaling 7 winning works and activities.
Furthermore, the 'Grand Prix' was awarded to '3D Tells the Story: The Large-Scale Fire in Saganoseki, Oita' by the Photo Department and Data Investigative Journalism Department of Kyodo News.
