1. Purpose of the Contest
In today's world, characterized by labor shortages and diversifying career paths, the "older subordinate/younger boss" dynamic has become an essential element for organizational growth. This contest invites stories that transcend age bias and showcase mutual respect between professionals. We aim to honor outstanding examples as successful models of "Industrial Gerontology" and present a new vision for organizational culture in Japanese society.
