au Jibun Bank and Altius Link to Begin Handling Fire Insurance for Home Loans as Joint Agents

au Jibun Bank, Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Kenji Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as "au Jibun Bank") will change its joint agent for the fire insurance (Tough Sumai no Hoken) offered to customers using au Jibun Bank's home loans to Altius Link, Inc. (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masatoshi Naya; hereinafter referred to as "Altius Link") starting July 1, 2026, and will begin providing guidance to customers under the new system.

As a member of the KDDI Group, Altius Link has been providing insurance agency services for approximately 50 years and possesses extensive practical experience and high expertise.

- We will propose diverse insurance products in an easy-to-understand manner and support customers in selecting appropriate coverage tailored to their needs.

- We have established a consistent system from contract procedures to after-sales follow-up, and we will be there for each customer through meticulous support.

In addition, Altius Link's strengths include customer response capabilities cultivated through its core contact center operations, operational response capabilities in the back-office domain, and operational know-how gained through supporting over 1,300 companies. By integrating these expertise and operational quality, we will provide customers with peace of mind and trust over the long term through our insurance agency services.

au Jibun Bank's home loans offer robust services, including generous group credit life insurance coverage such as pair loans with joint life insurance, and rapid screening with preliminary application responses as early as the same day, with approximately 91% of customers who have entered into contracts expressing satisfaction (Note 1).

Furthermore, in January 2025, we are expanding our services in response to changes in the housing purchase environment, such as extending the maximum loan term for home loans to 50 years. We will continue to strive for further service improvements to meet our customers' needs.

Through the commencement of joint agency for fire insurance, au Jibun Bank and Altius Link will promote initiatives to provide services that are even closer to our customers than before.
