JR West SC Development Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka City; President: Yasushi Takenaka; hereinafter "JR West SC Development"), which operates the fashion building "LUCUA osaka," and JFR Card Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture; President: Atsushi Oki; hereinafter "JFR Card"), which issues the Daimaru Matsuzakaya Card and others, have signed a merchant agreement for "QIRA Point Plus" (*1), a special benefits program operated by JFR Card.
Through this agreement, a total of 496 stores—comprising 183 stores in "LUCUA," 235 stores in "LUCUA 1100," and 78 stores in "LUCUA DINING" and "Baruchika / LUCUA FOOD HALL"—will become "QIRA Point Plus" participating merchants starting April 1, 2026. As a result, when customers use various credit cards issued by JFR Card for payments at eligible stores, they will always receive double the usual "QIRA Points" (*2).
This initiative goes beyond simply offering preferential point treatments for card usage; it is implemented as part of a facility collaboration aimed at promoting the circulation of visitors and expanding consumption in the Osaka/Umeda area. JFR Card has been gradually expanding its network of "QIRA Point Plus" participating merchants, and in July 2023, "Osaka Station City," a core commercial facility in Umeda, joined the program. Starting from this point, the company has been striving to improve the convenience of card usage in the area.
With the new addition of "LUCUA osaka," the network of eligible facilities around Umeda Station will expand even further.
