A 5-Minute Program to 'Organize' Your Vague Financial Anxieties: New Show 'Money Talks' Hosted by Ayako Iguchi Starts April 2026

Japan FM Network (JFNC) will launch a new program, 'Money Talks,' which will begin airing sequentially across JFN-affiliated stations starting in April 2026.

Amid rising prices and growing uncertainty about the future, many people feel that while they are concerned about money, they don't know where to start. This 5-minute radio program aims to help listeners organize their daily questions and anxieties about money in a simple and accessible way.

The navigator is Ayako Iguchi, who is active as both a talent and an entrepreneur. She will host the program from the perspective of a 'learner,' standing alongside the listeners. The program is supervised by Michiko Izumi, representative of the Children's Environment and Economic Education Research Lab, who is involved in numerous economic education activities and book supervisions. She will provide expert, careful explanations on themes such as household budget management, asset formation, taxes, and work styles.
