Expanding "Wheelchair Rental Service by Babycal"! - Expanding Wheelchair Rental Locations to Namba CITY, Namba Parks, and More -

JR East Planning Co., Ltd. is working to promote and expand the "Wheelchair Rental Service by Babycal," which allows for reservations and use at various locations. We have newly introduced wheelchair rental services at multiple Babycal rental locations, including Namba CITY and Namba Parks.

Additionally, starting July 1st, we will launch wheelchair rental services at a welfare equipment rental business in Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture, as a new rental location.

Moving forward, we will continue to work towards a society where all customers who require support for their outings can travel more freely and with peace of mind.

1. Overview

Rental Fees (tax included): First hour ¥500, then ¥100 every 30 minutes

Maximum ¥1,500 for 12 hours, then ¥100 every 30 minutes after 12 hours *Wheelchair rental service is tax-exempt.

Babycal is recruiting new Babycal stations (staffed rentals) to support customer mobility.

We are looking for staffed rental locations, such as tourist information centers, hotel reception desks, and baggage storage services, that can provide support.
