JR East Planning Co., Ltd. is developing 'Babycal,' a bookable stroller rental service conveniently available on the go, with the aim of creating a society where families with children can go out with ease. In collaboration with the Dogo Onsen Ryokan Cooperative Association, the service will commence on May 19 at the Dogo Tourist Information Center, located just outside Dogo Onsen Station. The strollers available for rent will be the popular 923 Doctor Yellow model. We will continue to expand our locations nationwide and enhance our services to create an environment where families with children can go out more freely. 1. Overview Service Start Date ■ Service begins Tuesday, May 19, 2026 (*1) Location Babycal Rental Hours [Babycal Station (staffed)] Dogo Tourist Information Center: All days, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Operating Entity JR East Planning Co., Ltd. Rental Fees (tax included) 500 yen for the first hour, 100 yen for each additional 30 minutes. Maximum of 1,500 yen for 12 hours, with an additional 100 yen for each 30 minutes thereafter (*2).
