■Our Initiatives to Date
Since 2023, our association has regarded participation in exhibitions as an opportunity for "Craft Diplomacy" and has actively pursued it. We then encountered the Hoshino Resorts Group, which shares our concept, and in November 2025, we held an international cultural event at Hoshino Resorts KAI Tainai (Tiantai Mountain, Zhejiang Province), aiming to "reinvigorate Japanese traditional crafts within global living culture." Top artisans and designers from Japan, China, and Europe engaged in "Craft Diplomacy" transcending national borders and politics. The entire hotel, located at an altitude of 800m, was transformed into a "Living Craft Museum," fostering business opportunities and cultural experiences for crafts. Our association will continue its efforts to open up the future of crafts, collaborating with artisans from Japan and around the world, as well as with Hoshino Resorts Group and various other companies and organizations.

Moving forward, we will establish a project where ideas compete among global buyers, aiming to realize a new brand that integrates the skills of artisans with the wisdom of designers. As a result, we will create new crafts that embody the admirable spirit of craftsmanship and send them out into the future world. We dream of a future where people encounter new crafts, are healed by the sincere spirit of artisans, smile at each other, and are connected in a peaceful world.
