JBCC Launches 'ATTAZoo Connect for Box' Integrating kintone and Box

JBCC Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Seiji Higashigami; hereinafter JBCC), an IT services company, will start selling 'ATTAZoo Connect for Box' from June 12, a solution that integrates Cybozu's business improvement platform 'kintone' with the intelligent content management (ICM) platform 'Box'. By linking and utilizing Box for the storage and management of documents and data used on kintone, the solution aims to further improve operational efficiency and convenience. As business digitalization progresses, kintone, which allows business units to build their own applications, is being adopted by companies of all sizes and industries, with its use expanding to areas such as project management, internal approvals, and group work. However, these tasks increasingly involve handling diverse and large volumes of data, including documents like proposals and contracts, images, and videos. To flexibly manage this vast amount of data, the adoption of content management platforms like Box is advancing. 'ATTAZoo Connect for Box' links kintone and Box, automatically saving and managing files attached to kintone apps in Box. A shared link to the saved file is automatically displayed on the kintone record, allowing users to access the file with a single click. This integration enables seamless business collaboration, for example, attaching a quote to a kintone app based on sales progress and sharing it with customers or back-office departments via Box. Additionally, kintone has storage capacity limits based on the number of contracted users, and the accumulation of attached files can strain this capacity.
