About the Final Selection

The final selection will be conducted by a selection committee (※) composed of external experts, members of the House of Representatives, members of the House of Councillors, and Japan Junior Chamber stakeholders, through presentations by each finalist and Q&A sessions with the selection committee. The Grand Prix winner will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of their contribution to society, impact, originality, sustainability, and future potential.

In addition to a prize of 1.2 million yen in activity support funds (300,000 yen for the TOYP SEED category for those under 20), Grand Prix winners will receive support to widely publicize their activities to society, including appearances at Japan JC-sponsored forums and media coverage.
