The Japan Women's Learning Foundation is inviting reports on the theme of 'Departure/Re-departure' to summarize the thoughts, learning, and practical processes of individuals who wish to take the next step or have already taken a step (including those who support such individuals or groups) towards realizing a gender-equal society and a society where diverse people can live comfortably.
This call covers a wide range of areas, including entering/re-entering school, starting/re-starting employment, community debuts, starting businesses, establishing NPOs, and recovery from disasters. We look forward to receiving many applications.
Purpose The theme is 'Departure/Re-departure.' We are seeking reports that compile the aspirations, learning, and practical processes of individuals who wish to take the next step or have already taken a step (including those who support such individuals or groups) towards realizing a gender-equal society and a society where diverse people can live comfortably, and we will honor outstanding works. *The content of the reports covers a wide range of areas, including family, work, school life, community activities, women's movements, NPO and NGO activities, social education/lifelong learning activities, and experiences and efforts towards recovery from disasters.
Award Grand Prize: 1 entry (Incentive: 100,000 yen)
Eligibility Individuals and groups interested in the purpose. Gender and nationality are not questioned. Limited to unpublished works.
Application Rules - 5,000-10,000 characters (including headings and subheadings) - Include an abstract (within 400 characters) - Include a table of contents separate from the main text - Fill in the required information on the designated application form and enclose/attach it
